Technically, Amazon paperback always has the most recent edition. So if you get it now you get “2ND” edition of the most recent PDF manuscript. Even though on the paperback inset it might still say 1st. I don’t want to create too many paper copies of the same thing, because 2ND edition is merely an update rather than an entire reworking.
